Looking for a Mini 1000 SSD

I have a Mini 1000 with a dead hard drive that I'm looking to use to dip my toes into the SSD waters. I know that the level of performance won't be close to a 2.5" one in a full-size laptop, but I was curious to see how it ran in this thing. Not looking for anything high-end, just something in the mid-range (and hopefully relatively cheap) just for fun. So, any suggestions?? Thanks.
